1.You support Raith Rovers in the Scottish league. Do you have any memories from the club's season in the Premier League?

We actually had 3 seasons in the PL. The first was 1993/94, our first in the top flight for almost 25 years, so it was treated as a bit of an adventure by the fans, as we got to visit places like Celtic Park and Ibrox for the first time in living memory. Results were predictably not brilliant, and we were relegated, but most fans expected that anyway. What we didn`t anticipate was the following season, 1994/95, when we won our first ever major trophy, the Scottish league Cup, beating Celtic in the final; this also meant qualification for Europe for the first tie. This triggered off an amazing run in the league as we came back from miles behind to win the First Division title, and promotion back to the Premier. 1995/96 thus saw us back in the top flight, and this time expectations were higher, and the team certainly deliverd, being pipped by Hibs on the last day for a top-half finish. We also won through 2 rounds in the UEFA Cup, and led Bayern Munich at half-time in the Olympic stadium. Sadly, behind the scenes differences between the chairman and manager saw Jimmy Nicholl departing for Milwall, and he took some of our best young players with us. This, along with the need to redevelop the stadium, saw a major downturn in fortunes in 1996/97, and we were relegated long before the season ended, the start of a decline that continues to this day.

2. Do you think that the club is progressing forward on and off the field?

Definitley not, we have been regressing for years and there is little sign of an upturn in fortunes; the only bright sign is that the crippling debts which almost forced the club to close down a couple of years ago have been almost wiped out, but at the cost of any hope of success on the pitch, as any decent young player has been flogged to our competitors.

3. What do you think would constitute a successful season for the club this season?

Survival, on and off the pitch.

4. Are there any name players that we should be looking out for in the future, particularly for English and Scottish premiership clubs?

Quite simply no, unless some of the unknown Frenchmen Anelka has drafted in turn out to be better than we all fear.

5. Everyone knows that you are not only the leader of the posters league, but also the #1 quiz expert on FFUK. Is there anything that you can say that contributed to you being so knowledgeable on various subjects?

Well I`ve followed football for 35 years or so, so have accumulated quite a bit of knowledge about the game; I also run quizzes at my local pub, and play in the quiz league, so I tend to remember a lot of things!

6. How do you think you will go in this year's FFUK prediction league and who do you think will be victorious?

Better than last year I hope, I want to give Sandy run for his money! Anyone can win it though, it`s a bit of fun.

7. If you had to set a task for the Big Brother house, what would your task be and how would this be done?

I have NEVER watched that crap, can`t stand these "reality" programmes, so I can`t answer that one.

8. If you were down to your last 'tenner', what would you do with it?

Go to the pub and blow it.
